On our return trip the car we had was a bit old and the driver would not install the baby seat! We had to do it ourselves!!! His attitude was, if we wanted it, WE had to install it, he wasn't going to. At the end of our ride we were forced to pay for our return trip in advance to guarantee the reservation (we didn't pay in advance online). A baby seat was installed and ready as requested. We had our tired 3 year old son with us whining and we could not find our names. We spent 10 minutes - which is a long time - looking for our name written on a piece of paper. When we arrived at the airport there were a sea of people asking us if they could help. I had booked it through their website and received a confirmation. My husband used this service in November to get from the Cancun airport to Puerto Morelos. The price difference alone makes it far more impressive let alone the added bonuses. My wife and I were very impressed when the driver wrapped the wine bottle and poured us wine into real glass wine glasses (not plastic) I had a toast with my wife and then cracked open an ice cold Modelo. We were quick to exit the airport and as soon as the driver was away from the area he pulled over to the side of the road and served us our drinks. Couple with the fact that they accept Canadian currency, it wasn't a difficult decision as our dollar is 12 cents lower than our American counterpart. There were some excellent improvements over it's USA competition which made it a "no brainer" to book. Being from the Great White North, and seeing the positive reviews I decided to give it a shot.
